Not only is it the fund raising time of year.... It's also the canning time of year! Yummy pears, at the moment I think I have seen enough of them for a life time-- but then when it comes breakfast time tomorrow I am sure a fresh one will be calling my name. You have to keep some fresh ones to eat while they are in season!

So how many jars did you end up canning? Hopefully enough that you have to many so you need to share. ha ha
So Many that I've got to find a place for them, & I decided that I will dry all the extra pears. Yummy dried fruit.
